Serving suggestion: 8 - 11°C in summer and 11 - 14°C in winter.


It goes well with: starters, risotto, white meat, sh, soup, and mild cheese.
Also with raw meat and sh (carpaccio, sushi, sashimi). Pleasing as aperitif.
